WHO IS IBU IIS
The woman behind the wonderful dishes of our restaurant is Ibu Iis. A Banyuwangi Native that worked as a housemaid for a Napoletano man named Luciano for over 20 years. Working with Luciano who has so much passion in Italian cuisine, really shaped Ibu Iis’ knowledge and craftiness about Home-styled cooking and eventually turned her into our beloved chef. After the tragic lost of her son few years back, Ibu Iis mended her broken heart and channeled her love towards cooking in the name of her son in our kitchen. Since 2013, with Luciano as the authentic Italian Mentor, you can see Ibu Iis putting her love and smiles into your food every single day.
